Eddie is a military veteran who graduated from the US Naval Academy and served as a Naval Officer totaling 10 years of military service. Eddie is also an accomplished strategic sales, Operations, and Marketing Leader with over 20 years of leadership and management experience, both in military and private sectors, consistently delivering operational, sales, and financial results in diverse matrix management organizations. Skilled at resource planning and allocation, P&L accountability, negotiations and cost reduction. Proficient at turning around low performing organizations by empowering employees and maximizing their abilities to create high performing teams. Reputation for assimilating data and making focused decisions to ensure commitment to corporate success. Eddie’s goal and focus with CSP (Cyber Security Personnel) is to assist his brothers and sisters in arms with making a successful transition from military life to a successful professional career in Corporate America.

Javier worked successfully in sales for Fortune 500 Company Fidelity National Financial in the title insurance sector for 10 years. He took his sales and marketing skills, along with his team leadership experience, and started two successful companies he still runs to this day. He co-owns a residential/commercial general contracting business (est. 2005) in Tempe, Arizona and owns an eco-consulting company (est. 2009) there as well. His greatest honor while in the Navy was serving as the Co-Captain of the 1993 U.S. Naval Academy Football team and leading his teammates on the gridiron against his brothers in arms from West Point and the United States Air Force Academy. Being able to play a major role in transitioning veterans into their new careers is a mission Javier is proud and grateful to take on.
